The Municipality of Narni guarantees that the processing of personal data received via email or electronic forms, including during registration, complies with the current privacy regulations (Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, No. 196, in force since January 1, 2004).

The user's personal data (required for accessing services) will not be disclosed to third parties; their use will be for communications related to the website and its contents and for sending any periodic newsletters on relevant topics.

If the collected personal data are intended for institutional activities, the public administration is not required to seek consent (Art. 24 Cod.) as they are destined for institutional purposes, which is mandatory (in a simplified way) for the processing of health data (Art. 81 Cod.).

The rights of the data subject are those expressly indicated in Article 7 of the "Privacy Code" and can be exercised by making a request without formalities, including via registered mail, fax, or email (Art. 9 Cod.) to the data controller or data processor. The data controller is the Municipality of Narni, with headquarters at Piazza dei Priori, 1 - 05035 Narni, and the data processors are the Managers of the relevant departments (to whom the data subject can apply for information exclusively about personal data), and data processors are authorized officials and employees appointed to carry out processing operations by the data controller or data processor.
